How do I connect a new social media account?
Go to Settings → Connect New Account and follow the guided form. Make sure you have the required tokens or Twilio credentials ready.
Why is the AI not responding?
Check the AI Token Usage card in Settings to confirm you still have tokens. If you are at zero, upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing reset.
Can I customize the AI tone?
Yes. Inside Settings, choose an account, update the AI Tone dropdown, and add optional context instructions to guide responses.
